Which countries does Veloria deliver to?

Veloria currently delivers to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, and Spain.

How much does shipping cost?

Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy & Spain:
Free standard shipping for all orders over €50. For orders under €50, we charge €4.95.

Switzerland:
Free standard shipping for all orders over €70. For orders under €70, we charge €9.95.

Please note that shipments to Switzerland may be subject to customs duties and VAT.

How long does delivery take?

Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, the Netherlands & Belgium:
2–3 business days

Italy & Spain:
3–4 business days

In exceptional cases, such as during seasonal peak periods like Black Friday or Christmas, delivery times may be slightly longer. We will always keep you updated by email about the current status of your order.

Where does my package come from and which company delivers it?

Your package is shipped from our warehouse in Germany. We ship orders with reliable delivery partners such as DHL, Austrian Post, Swiss Post, La Poste, PostNL, bpost, and Poste Italiane.

Returns

I received a damaged or incorrect item. What can I do?

We are very sorry that you received a damaged or incorrect item. Please use our [Kontaktformular], provide the details, and we will take care of the rest right away.

Can I return my product?

Damaged or incorrect products: You have 7 days after receiving your order to return it. Please note that the items must be unopened.

The return is free of charge for you.
