Right of Withdrawal
Cancellation Policy & Withdrawal Form
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.
A. Cancellation Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
For contracts for the delivery of goods, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
For contracts for the delivery of data that is not supplied on a physical data carrier and that is produced and provided in digital form, known as digital content, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Veloria Health GmbH, Fährstr. 217, 40221 Düsseldorf, email: support@veloria-health.de, by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
For contracts for the delivery of goods, we may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the provision of digital content if we have begun performing the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed your knowledge that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins, and we have provided you with confirmation of the contract on a durable medium, including the contract content and the aforementioned conditions for the premature expiry of the right of withdrawal.
General Information on Returning Goods
1) Please avoid damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for effectively exercising your right of withdrawal.
